We are the starting place for any of your health concerns, focusing on prevention, treatment of the whole person, and coordination of care with specialists if needed. However, changes in the healthcare landscape have created a challenging environment where the physicians and their staff are required to spend increasing time on tasks that insurance does not cover. As part of our commitment to providing quality care and maintaining our services, we periodically review our fee structure to ensure sustainability.
To focus on patient care and remain independent, we introduced an annual Administrative Fee in September 2022 to cover these non-reimbursable administrative tasks and services. This allows us to continue to provide the most up-to-date services while remaining in a small, personal, and accessible office.
Important Note: Administrative Fee Increase Effective September 1, 2024
Beginning September 1, 2024, the administrative fee for the first child annually will be $300. The fee for each additional child within the same family will remain at $50 annually with a family maximum of $450 per year.
The Administrative Fee allows us to optimize the wellness of your family by continuing to provide the following services:
- Urgent care appointments available same day, striving to see each patient who calls in for a sick visit as soon as possible
- Extended evening and weekend hours, with accessibility 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays
- 24/7 urgent care advice from overnight triage service
- On-site lab with dedicated pediatric phlebotomy
- Virtual on-demand assistance via text
- Seamless care at two convenient locations
- Compassionate and dedicated providers
- Patient Portal access, messaging, and emails
- Unlimited health forms (e.g., for daycare, school, camp)
We understand that changes in fees can have an impact on our patients, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration. These adjustments will allow us to continue delivering the level of care and support you expect from us.
