Dr. Leena Shiwbaran earned her medical degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed a pediatric residency at NYU Langone Medical Center, where she also served as chief resident.

Before joining our practice in 2020, Dr. Shiwbaran cared for area children at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and Flatiron Pediatrics. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Shiwbaran, who is fluent in Spanish, is a lifelong New Yorker known by patients and our entire team as a smart, kind, and wonderfully thoughtful person and health care provider.
